Easy eggs:

  • Ham, Cheese and Eggs - Scramble a dozen eggs or so and put them in a greased/buttered 13 X 9 glass casserole. Include by mixing in or putting on top the quantities of ham and cheese that you like. Put Tin foil on top to evenly cook eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Use a fork to poke the center and once it is firm, take it out. Slice into smaller pieces and good to serve.
  • Feta and Spinach - Use the same method above and this time add fresh spinach. You can put some scrambled eggs in, then add a layer of fresh spinach, then feta cheese, then egg again. Same cooking time and process as above.
  • Use egg beaters if you like in place of eggs.

Whatever in a blanket (could be a pig, or cow or veggies or cheese or all those)

  • Use crescent rolls - pack of 8 can be halved to make 16 per package. You can put lil sausage (beef, turkey or pork) and roll in starting from wide end of crescent roll to thin end of wedge. You can sneak cheese in too or just make cheese only. Follow the instructions on the crescent rolls container for baking.
