After environmental activist Tim leads our worship service, he will lead a workshop on non-violent protest.

Tim DeChristopher is a Unitarian Universalist who disrupted an auction of federal lands for gas rights. He bid on the land even though he had no intention to buy, thereby invalidating the auction. The lands were then never auctioned off. He served prison time for his actions, and is now at Harvard Divinity School.

Bring a bag lunch. We will provide beverages and snacks. Suggested donation of $20 for Tim's time and expertise, however please do not allow the money to change whether you come or not. We want you there. Share with your friends beyond FUUSE.
